In 2026, Mitre held another edition of its Winter Clothing Drive, engaging employees in a clothing donation campaign aimed at supporting people experiencing social vulnerability. A total of 2,790 clothing items were collected and donated to the A Gente Ajuda NGO, located in Largo do Paissandu, in central São Paulo. Mitre volunteers also participated in the delivery of the donations.

The Construide project aims to contribute to improving the quality of life of families experiencing vulnerability by helping build their homes. In 2026, Mitre sponsored the construction of a home for Maria José and her family in Osasco, São Paulo. The initiative involved 40 Mitre volunteers and the engagement of suppliers.
2025
Held over the course of one day at Mitre construction sites, the Canteiro Cultural project seeks to promote moments of integration, learning, and well-being for construction workers. The program includes talks on mental health, as well as art and creativity workshops, such as painting and sculpture.

Supported through the Culture Incentive Law, PROMAC, the project was carried out with the support of Mozarteum Brasileiro, a cultural association dedicated to promoting art and culture through performances, dance, and socioeducational activities. At Mitre construction sites, the project featured performances by a Mozarteum Brasileiro string quartet during lunchtime.
