Personal Home is a service we offer to clients who purchase properties during the construction phase and wish to customize their apartment according to their preferences, enhancing comfort and quality. Count on a specialized team of architects dedicated exclusively to your project.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1 - Customization begins six to nine months after the development is launched and may vary according to the construction schedule.
2 - From that point on, clients are contacted to choose one of the floor plan options established for their unit, as well as finishes, floor and wall coverings, sinks, fixtures, and other items.*
All customizations are made with the support of BIM technology, providing a better understanding of the available options for floor plans, finishes, and coverings. You can visualize your choices in 3D without leaving the comfort of our showroom!
